Default Adventure Game Scene of the Day - Fri 28 April 2006

There hasn't been one for a few days, so I thought I'd step in...

See if you can spot the mistake the artist made in the background...

Hey, it's great that the Scene of the Day is not completely dead! Thanks.

The head of the animal is looking in the wrong direction? (it could have had a long neck though)

Oh, and I've never played SQ1VGA, only the original version. I must say I'm not overly fond of the first two SQ games.

No, one of the vertebrae is missing in the spine. The one in particular is actually unstable; it cracks whenever you walk over it. If you walk on it more than twice (the number of times you need to cross it) it'll shatter and kill you (like the infamous bridge in KQ2).

The artists must've wanted to put the vertebra in as a sprite and just never got around to it.
