I haven't played this game yet except for some of the demo, but the graphics are so beautiful in it I'm forced to use it today. Who here has finished it? Rating?

It is Keepsake for those who don't know. This is definitely one of those love it or hate it games. The voice-overs and writing are shaky, the character models look like they are from 1998, and the puzzle difficulty is all over the place. All that said, this was one of the best games I've played in years. Personally, I thought background graphics were jaw dropping, the characters were charming and likeable, and the plot held me all the way through. I would give it a 7.5 / 10 but other's mileage will vary.

Keepsake is on sale at my local WalMart for something like $12... I think I might pick it up, just in case. 7.5/10 for $12 seems about right.

Her arms .... are... too.... AAARG!

and the modeling of the wolf (and other animals) is horrible. Have you ever seen a wolf standing entierly straight and level with the stairs (when in the stairs. Don't know how to explain it better..)?

The enviroment is beautiful, an many of the puzzles are very good, and the ingame help system works very well for some of the harder puzzles (observatory puzzle anyone?)

but the cutscenes and charactermodels bring the game down a notch. The story is a bit weak too..

I would give it about 5/10, but if you really like logical puzzles, this game has just what you're looking for..
