How do you "quote"?

I was trying to figure out how to 'quote' someone in my response to them. I see peoples responses that say something like:

..and its highlighted, etc. Is there a quick way of doing this with this editor and get their name and text included? Or do you just cut and paste text like i Did here? I couldn't find it in the FAQ.

Simply click the 'Quote' button on the lower right hand side of the person's post.

Or alternatively you can use the Quote tags like this:

The above example would appear as
