Good thing its all over. When I couldn't get to the forums in friday and then sunday, and then monday it reminded me of summer fall.
Sorry about that. Support said it turned out that only one of their two nameservers was properly set up to handle subdomains, and that we were actually the first people to report it. It should be fixed now
