I think it was actually supposed to be Robyn [Miller], not Robert.

Okay, changed the composer's name (thanks Eleri), but I'm leaning towards going with Ro*cough* for the other name.

We'll blame it on background noise at E3.

One thought on who the person who's name begins with "R" is. Here's the quote in the article.

I tdon't think it's Robyn, unless Robyn is back on the team. Robyn hasn't worked on any of the games since Riven, years ago.

Perhaps it's Ryan Miller - the youngest of the Miller brothers, who was worked on all the games (I believe). Ryan had a big role in Uru and I suspect a pretty big role in Myst V. So it's probably either Ryan Miller or Richard Watson. Richard has had roles in all the games and a bigger role in Uru, and I'd guess he'd be doing a lot of work on Myst V. As far as I can tell, there is no other "Robert" person who has been involved in all the games, from day 1. Of course I could be wrong.

Well I am myst-ified.

I don't have the tape where I am now, But I listened to it repeatedly [meaning f.o.r.e.v.e.r.] when I was transcribing and there was a Rob-cough something. He was speaking of the series as a whole - so I tilted back to Robyn and changed it. If there IS a Robert out there - well he's gone for good.

If it was Ryan or RAWA same applies. [sorryboutthatguys]

Course I could make it Robyn,RAWA,Ryan and Robert - but made my head hurt

Heh heh heh. Only in the most abstract persona sense, and some way back geneaology.

Convention pronounces my name to sound like "celery"...given that it's Welsh, I suspect the correct pronounciation is closer to "Alice" or "Gertude"

Then again... I could have gone for my Polish roots "I'd like a Z please, Vanna!"
