I get it a bit. Try turning off background programs in the task manager and make sure your drivers are up to date.

I'm currently in the process of getting my own computer back on track for PC gaming, since my father isn't really very keen on having video games on his work computer. I will comply with his wishes, and play no more of this Psychonauts demo (awesome motherf... too) but I have played it to the end once, and must say it rocks my socks. Hoepfully I'll have money, and the computer up and running, when it comes out.

Until then, back to doctoring up my poor PC.

It sucks! Ughhh! I got so far, and it crashed! Why is there no way to save it?!

It takes you about ten minutes to walk right through the whole demo, and you need a save feature?

Well, if it didn't crash on me, then no I wouldn't, but since it did, then yes, I do.

Well, mostly because of the crashes it would be nice... Maybe saving would help me get past that one problematic point.

Ah, I had no idea what the crash would entail... I just assumed that instead of looking for a save feature that didn't exist, it would be much better to track down the possible source of the crash.

Don't remember. It's a change to a new area inside the Coach's head, though. Some sort of red tunnel... It's after the "punch punch punch!" part, and after the trapez... I think it's after the trapez.

I think mine is in the same area, but i'm pretty sure mine is because I have programs running in the background when I play.

Can you save your game whenever your want in the full game?

Jake said you can save anywhere, and there will be autosave spots in the game.

Mine is too crap to run it well too, but it's worth checking out.
Apparently not because my card doesn't support pixel shading.

No workaround for this, I presume?
