Default Interactcd.com - security issue

I would like to order a couple of games from Interactcd.com, but I get this message when I 'Proceed To Checkout' :

"SECURITY ALERT"

"The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site".

I'm reluctant to input my financial details if this remains the case. Does anyone else get this message ? I know a lot of European people do buy from them, but I'm obviously hesitant, even though it may well be okay to do so. I've already Emailed the website.

Any ideas as to what to do ? Thanks.

I've just finished ordering Myst V from Interactcd (in a futile gesture to support poor Cyan by buying the game although I said I wouldn't) and I even entered a new credit card. No problem whatsoever.

Why don't you simply wait for their email reply.

The main reason I asked was to ascertain whether, or not, other people are receiving the same warning message. If so, then I'll be able to tell Interact that is the case. I was told by one company, a few months ago, that the fact that I get security alert messages for their website was due to my personal settings. They were right, and I changed what they suggested. I don't think this is the case this time though, even though I don't recall what it was I needed to change. Either cookie settings, or activeX I think. But I'm not sure. Thanks anyway. Sounds like you didn't get the message.

Apart from Fienepien (who seems to have no problem with security certificate issue), has anyone else, especially from Europe and the UK, had any such problem messages when they go to check out on InteractCD.com ?

I've Emailed the website THREE times since last Sunday and received no reply from them.

I've had my IT dept look at my PC settings and they are all correct at my end. The problem seems to lie solely at the InteractCD end of things, and with their security certificate verification. Whether it has anything to do with European and UK purchases, and not U.S. ones, I don't know.

I have heard that the company has a good reputation for game sales, so I'm not doubting their integrity, but I am tending to doubt their (potential), customer service. Perhaps someone from the company frequents this forum and can offer some help here, since I'm getting no replies to my Emails (from 2 different computers). ????!!!!
