That Mona image is under concept art on the Autumn Moon site, so perhaps her final waist size will be universally accepted.
I think the new screenshot with 3D Mona looks great. They've said numerous times that they want to cel-shade the character models so that they will blend in even better with the background, but I'm diggin' the looks so far. |

Also, I'm detecting a severe case of prejudice against narrow-waisted individuals (or Nourishment-Deprived Undead Americans as they now prefer to be called) in this forum. You had better clean up your act before I call in the ACLU and have them force you to accept people who choose this perfectly natural lifestyle/body shape. |

Yes, it's for real. The woman is called Cathie Jung, and the Guiness book of world records lists her for having the smallest waist on a living person. She probably has the organs all squished together. And her floating ribs are probably forever bent into that shape. - ![]()

Some info about how this game will be presented has been released on the official AVS forum. They must have bugged my workspace...they stole my idea:

technically, the undead don't eat. Which can make for why she's so skinny. All she really requires are the plasma living creatures have to offer, and it's usually all they crave. But thats all hearsay anyway.

Yeah, the 3D one does look much better, but it's supposedly not the final design. It's a "first pass" version. I'm more interested in seeing the virtual multiplane camera in action(see my last post). I'm assuming this is fancy pants talk for parallax scrolling.

To be honest, I like the stylish Disney-like curves of the 2D Mona better. Most importantly, I like the original colours better as well. What happened to her porcelain-white skin?
